AS 4505 and what the wind class means for your door.
AS 4505 is the Australian Standard that classifies garage doors by the wind load they must resist without permanently deflecting, escaping the guides, or letting daylight through the panel joins. The classes run N1 (sheltered, 28 m/s peak gust) through N6 (extreme, 70 m/s - cyclone territory). For Cranbourne and the surrounding City of Casey suburbs, the practical band is N2 to N3.

Can a sectional door be retrofitted into an opening built for a roller?
